Water Damage in Loveland, Ohio
The water damage at this home in Loveland, Ohio was caused when the toilet in the upstairs bathroom overflowed. On the second floor, the bathroom hardwood flooring was affected and on the first floor, the kitchen drywall ceiling was damaged. SERVPRO of Northeast Cincinnati received the call for mitigation services and responded quickly. After a water damage event, it is very important to dry the affected area quickly and completely in order to prevent further damage such as mold from occurring. For the area shown in the photos, it was necessary for the technicians to remove the non-salvageable flooring in the bathroom as well as portions of the wet drywall walls. They set up the SERVPRO air movers and dehumidifiers and monitored the equipment until the dry out process was complete. Once complete, all debris was hauled away, the drying equipment was removed and the home was ready for the structural repairs. The photos show the area before and after the mitigation process.
