Water Damage in Loveland, Ohio
The water damage at this home in Loveland, Ohio was caused when the toilet in the upstairs bathroom overflowed. On the second floor, the bathroom with ceramic flooring was affected and on the first floor, the kitchen drywall ceiling was damaged. After a water damage event, it is very important to dry the affected area quickly and completely in order to prevent further damage such as mold from occurring. For the area in the kitchen that is shown in the photos, it was necessary for the technicians to remove the portions of the drywall ceiling that were damaged. They set up the SERVPRO air movers and dehumidifiers and monitored the equipment until the dryout process was complete. Once complete, all debris was hauled away, the drying equipment was removed and the home was ready for the structural repairs.
