Water Damage to Commercial Building in Blue Ash, Ohio
SERVPRO of Northeast Cincinnati received a call after hours when a pipe to the sprinkler system of a commercial building in Blue Ash, Ohio broke and caused damage in several areas throughout the building. These photos show one of the long hallways in the building. The darker areas in the carpet in the first photo show where the carpet was saturated and dry out was needed. The after photo shows the same hallway after the dry out process was completed. As can be seen, the baseboards were removed and small holes were drilled in the lower portion of the walls. These holes allowed for better drying of the wall cavities. In the after photo, there are no darker areas of the carpeting because it is now dry.
