A water supply line to the toilet in the second floor bathroom of this home in Sharonville, Ohio leaked and caused water damage throughout the home. Since the malfunction occurred on the second floor of the home, the water leaked through to the floors below, causing damage to the ceilings, walls and floors of the first floor rooms as well as the basement. For this restoration, they needed to remove wet baseboards, non-salvageable carpeting and padding, vinyl flooring, drywall, and crown molding. All the debris was bagged and hauled away for disposal. The drying equipment was placed in all the affected areas until the flooring, walls and ceilings were completely dry. Once the drying process was complete, the home was ready for structural repairs.
