Water Damage in Forest Park, Ohio

This condominium unit located in Forest Park, Ohio was damaged by water after a water line to the toilet broke. The SERVPRO of Northwest Cincinnati staff understands the importance of responding quickly to a water damage situation and so when the property owner called, the water technicians were dispatched that same day. These photos show the bathroom of the condominium. For this restoration project, it was necessary to remove the vinyl flooring as well as portions of the wet drywall. The drying equipment was set up in the area and monitored until the dry out process was complete. Once complete, the equipment was removed and the area was ready for structural repairs.
